Stuck in a CRM you hate because leaving means losing your book?
SalesCRM starts with the way out of your old one: import your Salesforce export or your spreadsheet, preview every change before it happens, and merge safely — blank fields get filled, the data you already have never gets overwritten. Then it goes to work: a morning list of who to call, with reasons, and drafts in your voice. Pipedrive charges $49 a seat a month for their Growth plan. This is $44, month to month.
Your book is your livelihood. Moving it should take an afternoon, risk nothing, and never be held hostage — coming in or going out.
Get it set up — $49, including your importTry it free for 7 days with your real book in it. No contract, no annual prepay.
How it works — 3 steps
Bring your book — safely
Your Salesforce export or CSV goes in through the escape hatch: you see a preview of exactly what changes before anything moves, and the merge never overwrites a field that already has something in it. During setup, we run your first import together.
Every morning, a short list
The chief of staff reads your pipeline and hands you today's calls, each with its reason in plain words. Things you skipped come back once, marked — then they retire, not nag.
Drafts in your voice, sent by you
Follow-ups drafted the way you talk, ready to copy and send yourself. Nothing auto-sends, ever. You stay the salesperson; the CRM does the remembering.
What you get
- The escape hatch — CSV and Salesforce import with preview-before-change and a safe merge. This is the feature every CRM promises and most make miserable; here it's the front door.
- The AI chief of staff — a morning action list from your own pipeline, every item with a plain-words reason. No mystery scores.
- A memory for every contact — each name carries a memory line from their record, so you remember the story before you dial.
- Your pipeline, your devices — contacts, deals, and tasks sync across your own phone and computer under your own access code.
- Export that always works — your book out as CSV any time: mid-trial, mid-subscription, from the lock screen after you cancel. The door swings both ways, in writing, on this page.
- Me. A real person runs your first import with you during setup and confirms your real pipeline is on the screen before you pay.
That's the product: your book, a pipeline, and a chief of staff working it with you. No marketing suite, no enterprise admin layer, no per-feature toll booths.
The price, next to theirs
| Per seat / month | What a year costs | |
|---|---|---|
| Pipedrive — Growth, billed monthly | $49 | $588 |
| Pipedrive — Growth, billed annually | $39 | $468, prepaid a year up front |
| SalesCRM with Memory — this page | $44 | $577 the first year ($49 setup + $44/mo), then $528 a year — month to month |
Read that middle row again: Pipedrive's $39 exists, but only if you prepay a year. Ours is $44 month to month — under their $49 monthly-billed rate, no hostage year — and the steady-state year costs $528, still under their $588 monthly-billed year, without prepaying anything. Our first year is $577 against their $588, and ours includes a human importing your book with you.
Free CRMs exist, and they're funnels — the features that matter sit behind the paid wall you meet in month two. This page puts the whole price up front instead.
- Founding offer: the first 25 buyers get in at $29 setup + $19/mo, locked for 6 months, then the standard rate. When the cohort fills, it's gone — the standard price above is the real price.
- The setup includes your first import run together, preview and all — you pay when your real pipeline is on the screen, not before. Cash or Venmo.
- Month to month. No annual prepay to get the good rate, no card on file.
One honest note: SalesCRM is also free inside my SalesOS tool shelf for sales professionals — it's part of the toolkit there. This page is the standalone version: just the CRM, set up for you with your book loaded, no shelf account needed.
The honest part — what this won't do
Standalone SalesCRM is the CRM only. The rest of the SalesOS shelf — the quoting tool, the order desk, the roster — isn't included, and this page won't pretend otherwise. Each of those is its own tool; QuoteDesk has its own standalone if you want it.
Nothing sends itself. The chief of staff recommends and drafts from your records — it doesn't invent triggers, pull outside data on your people, or message anybody. Every send is yours. That's a design choice, not a missing feature.
Who it's for
Outside reps, independent salespeople, and small teams who live out of their book and are tired of paying platform rent — or nursing a spreadsheet because switching felt risky. If your company's sales org needs admin consoles, territory rules, and a RevOps department, buy the platform. If you need your book safe, portable, and worked every morning, this is your size.
Fair questions
Will the import mess up my data?
That's the one thing it's built not to do. You preview every change before it lands, and the merge only fills blank fields — anything already in a field stays exactly as it was. And your first import runs with me during setup, not alone at midnight.
I'm on Salesforce/a spreadsheet/Pipedrive. Can I move?
Yes — export a CSV (Salesforce exports are handled directly) and bring it through the escape hatch. If you can get your book into a spreadsheet, you can get it in here.
Does the AI contact my customers?
Never on its own. It builds your morning list and drafts your follow-ups. You read, you send — or you don't.
What happens to my book if I cancel?
You export it, any time, including after. A CRM that keeps your book hostage is a landlord, not a tool — this one's export works from every state of the account, in writing, right here.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month at the real rate — no annual prepay games, no card kept on file. Cash or Venmo.
